Zhengzhou Chuanwang Welding Materials Company has been specializing in welding wire manufacturing since 1990, with a focus on aluminium and titanium alloy welding materials. Over the years, the company has provided products and services to more than 5,000 clients across 15 countries.
Our welding wires are used across industries such as aerospace, high-speed rail, shipbuilding, automotive, defense, petrochemical, and construction. With a stable supply, various grades, and flexible packaging options, we support a wide range of welding applications, from manual processes to automated production lines.
As a welding wire manufacturer with over 35 years of experience, we manage our operations in an 8,000 m² facility equipped for high-volume production. Our site includes six dedicated workshops and more than 60 sets of equipment supporting over 50 processing lines. These cover the full production workflow, including wire drawing, surface treatment, cleaning, cutting, spooling, and drum packaging.
We keep 280 tons of finished products in stock to support urgent orders, and our annual output reaches 3,000 tons. Products are supplied to more than 5,000 welding users across 15 countries. Customized orders and packaging are available, with delivery lead times ranging from 3 to 15 days depending on the request.
Over the past three decades, we’ve built a skilled technical team and developed in-house welding wire production technologies and equipment tailored to the Chinese market. All our welding wires and related material are manufactured in accordance with relevant standards, including GB/T10858-2023 and AWS A5.16, and we strictly follow the quality management systems certified under GJB9001C-2017 and ISO 9001:2015. Our aluminium and titanium welding wires have been certified by CE, DB, CCS (marine classification), VdTÜV (pressure equipment), and SGS. We are also a qualified supplier for major industry groups such as CSIC, AECC, and Sinopec, supporting critical projects in marine, aerospace, and energy sectors.
We work closely with a CNAS-certified laboratory that provides regular technical support and guidance for welding procedure qualification.
Our in-house lab is equipped with an optical spectrometer, a universal testing machine, and other tools used to test chemical composition, tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation. These tests ensure that both raw materials and finished products meet performance and quality standards.
To ensure material consistency, we use the ARTUS 8 optical spectrometer to analyze both raw materials and finished wires. This spectrometer helps us to check the presence and proportion of key elements such as silicon, iron, copper, manganese, magnesium, zinc, titanium, and chromium. These elements directly affect welding performance and material behavior in industrial applications.
A computer-controlled universal testing machine is used to perform tensile tests on welding wires. This process helps us evaluate key mechanical properties such as tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation, ensuring the wire meets performance requirements for industrial welding applications.
