As a welding wire manufacturer with over 35 years of experience, we manage our operations in an 8,000 m² facility equipped for high-volume production. Our site includes six dedicated workshops and more than 60 sets of equipment supporting over 50 processing lines. These cover the full production workflow, including wire drawing, surface treatment, cleaning, cutting, spooling, and drum packaging.
Since 1990, Chuanwang has been focusing on welding material manufacturing, providing customers with aluminum alloy welding wires and titanium alloy welding wires of different brands, specifications and packaging forms.
MIG welding, or metal inert gas welding, uses a consumable wire electrode and an inert gas, such as Argon (Ar) or Helium (He), to shield the weld area from contaminants.
TIG welding, or tungsten inert gas welding, is widely used for both manual and automatic welding, particularly when welding 10mm thick aluminium alloys.
